Soon you’ll hear his sleepy sigh’s

Now he ‘s still from north to south 

Put some sand on baby’s cheek
Soon his eyelids close in sleep

Now he’s still from head to toes 

Put some sand on baby’s ear
Soon his sleepy sighs we hear
Put some sand on baby’s brow
Look he’s getting sleepy now.
